*Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

LETTERING

If you are having garments lettered from someone other than Superior Volleyball, you must inspect the garments prior to adding lettering.  Lettered garments cannot be returned or exchanged, and lettering costs are not reimbursed on defective items.

FABRIC/COLORS

*Colors do not always accurately reflect material colors.

*Dye lots may vary from order to order and from one fabric to another and are not guaranteed. Although we exceed industry standards in maintaining a color match between dye lots, it is not possible to achieve a perfect match, so shade or dye lot differences occur.

*Due to combination of light and dark colors used together, color bleed can occur and we do not guarantee against it.

WASHING

*Please see garment labels for washing instructions. For the best results when washing uniforms, use a color catching sheet in the washer.

PRICING/PAYMENT

All prices are in US currency. 

*Non-School checks (booster clubs, personal checks, etc.) may be held up to two weeks for verification prior to order production.  Personal checks must contain the driver's license number of the person who signed the check.  School checks must contain the school phone number.

*Credit Card funds must be approved by our credit card processor prior to order production.

*School Purchase Orders must be verified and approved prior to order production.  Approved accounts will receive net 60 terms.

*There will be a $35.00 fee (or the maximum amount permitted by law) for returned checks.

*Superior Volleyball reserves the right to charge interest on any past due balanced at a rate of 1.5% per month or the legal rate allowed in the customer's state, whichever is lower.  An account becomes past due 60 days past the invoice date.

*Orders without verified payment arrangements within 30 days will be cancelled.

MINIMUMS

There is no minimum order on custom uniforms, however, orders of 5 pieces or less of the same style number (custom uniforms or in-stock uniforms with lettering) incur a $40.00 production order fee.  

RETURN FORM/EXCHANGES

*Always use a trackable shipping method to return merchandise to us, as the merchandise is your responsibility until it has been received by Superior Volleyball.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return merchandise to us, but we will ship the exchanged merchandise back to you for no additional shipping charges (limit one exchange per order)

*Allow up to 2 weeks for a return to be processed once it is received by Superior Volleyball.  Should you qualify for a return label, it must be used within 10 days to receive credit.

RETURNS/NON-DEFECTIVE

*Custom merchandise is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please be sure to use the correct size charts.

*Non-defective merchandise must be received by Superior Volleyball within 30 days.

Non-defective merchandise must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and must not have been worn or marked with names, etc.  

*Shoes must be in new condition, in the original, unmarked shoe box and include all inserts.  Shoes should be tried on wearing clean socks on a clean carpet surface to determine if size is correct.  Shoes that are dirty (even around the inside heal area) worn, have missing color inserts, or have the boxes destroyed cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS/DEFECTIVE

*Defective items must be received by Superior Volleyball within 60 days.

*Defective items will not be exchanged or credited until deemed defective by the manufacturer.  

*Shoes that have been washed are not considered defective and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to increased shipping charges, we will not be responsible for shipping costs on International returns or exchanges.  Please be certain to use the correct size charts and ask any questions prior to placing your order.

SHORTAGES/MISSHIPMENTS

*Any shortages or mis shipments must be reported to Superior Volleyball within 10 days of receipt of your order.

*All orders should be carefully checked upon receipt for accuracy.  Any incorrect merchandise must be received by Superior Volleyball within 30 days to receive credit.
